Join WWW and the City of Watsonville for our World Wetlands Day
Celebration on Saturday, February 4th from from 10am-1pm at the Struve Slough trail.
Through hands-on environmental education programs we connect youth to their natural environment, teaching them the
importance of protecting the natural world and provide diverse opportunities for the community to learn about Watsonville’s unique wetlands.
Throughout the Pajaro Valley we partner with State and federal partners, the City of Watsonville and other local agencies, landowners,
non-governmental organizations, and the community to restore native habitat and enhance the values and services of local wetlands and natural resources.
Offering free shade trees for Watsonville residents to increase shade, beauty, birds, and climate resilience in Watsonville.
